The Universe in a Computer

Video games like Minecraft allow you to modify a virtually infinite world out of simple actions: here is a tree, let me dig a hole, let’s build a wall… But what if instead played a game the size of the Universe and give as rules what physics allowed? Here a star blows up, here gas is moving, here gravity is making planets go about the Sun!

This is the game I am developing as part of my research! I then explore the results to understand how the Universe forms, from its stars to its galaxies. How I do this is the story I want to tell.
