Understanding Brain Circuits

I am a PhD student at the Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics. I completed my Master’s in Science in Canada before moving to Sweden to continue this exciting academic journey with new perspectives.

For my current project, I use advanced neuroscience techniques to investigate the cerebral cortex – the part of the brain that allows us to think, feel, remember, learn, and execute complex behaviors.

I also like to do additional activities like science communication and teaching, to engage in a deeper way with the scientific work.
